Constantes Vitales

Constantes Vitales is the project of Miravinos in Tierra de Castilla appellation. The aim behind the wine is inspired by the certainty of working with the magnificent basis of the old Tempranillo vineyards that can still be found in select sites in Eastern Castilla-La Mancha. The vines have a yield below two kilograms of grapes per plant.
